El Salero Del Port

We came to this restaurant for a paella and asked for a Salero menú, each one 27€ 's which is quite ok price. First dishes basically seafood snacks, croquettes, mussels and salad. The dishes were quite small, but I am not the kind of person who complains easily. The most surprising thing was that once the paella was ready, The waiter came with the paella...it looked great, I would say that it was for 4 people instead of 2. We asked for to have it served on a dish. So he disappeared with the paella and brought 2 dishes of paella. Normallly in Spain, you serve the paella and leave the pan aside for the customer for later on in case you want more, because there was more. Well I counted around 8 prawns at first sight, right before the waiter disappeared and cameback again with our dishes with only 2 prawns each one!!!! Desserts, well, not natural..they looked from the 13€ menu. Total price 54€...mmh you can get more on a weekly day and somewhere else in el Port de Masnou. They have a lot to improve. Service was ok.

Definitely a non touristy restaurant : a small local place mainly for residents located in the Port de Masnou. Good cheerful atmosphere with basic/simple food; nothing special but well cooked. We basically went for a fish choice see picture and we cannot miss the Fideuà which is to say the typical Paella a la Catalana with pasta . Average service and average prices.

Marina paella and mussels were very tasty, the staff was nice and keen to recommend and serve. Overall, a round though not extraordinary experience.

It was so awful. Waitor without any emotions, A lot of solt in dishes. I think they have added a tonne of solt.
