I don't believe much in gastronomic guides, but in this case the Michelin guide doesn't fail. the gastronomic experience has been perfect and it is for me without doubt the top 1 on the island of the palm, a step above any other gastronomic offer of the island, another level. As a lover of the fruits of the sea I would stay with such locusts with wakame, very well. I repeat safely.
