El Pollo Loco - Reservar uma mesa

2nd disappointment in a month, I do not know What is going on in this location but we usually love the salad and bowls but tonight ordered 2 carbon taco combos and a nachos combo. The Tacos were skimpy on onions and cilantro, 1 as you can see from the pic was without anything and dry like it was old, the Nachos were soggy and the chicken was dry and hard like it was premade and reheated. The nachos were gross and got thrown away, we ate our tacos by adding veggies Avacado and salsa to mask the bland tasteless flavor. My wife and I will not be trying anything new their again and we will be hard pressed to come back at all vary disappointed... If any of you find these pics appetizing feel free to go and enjoy yourself, for us this food was subpar to say the least.

My experience was bad at this point because I have gone 3 times and my orders have been incomplete because they have forgotten my pages and when I tried to explain what the problem was? ROSALBA? The Drive-Thru? I tried to say that I was wrong????????? You got me $2.49 for 1Small guacamole that was never in my pocket. Needs better people skills What has ever become a good costume service????????????

I thought I'd try. The ride through the service was good. The food... not so much. I have a 2 piece of chest and wing... it must be at the end of the layer because the chicken was dry like hell and warm. For $10 I don't want a good warm meal a dry warm experience. Drive-through girl was rude and wouldn't take my second voucher because the passing was? Super busy? But it wasn't. She literally told me to get out and come to use my second voucher. It was a waste of time. she could only have the voucher and had good customer service.

First time eating here. Chicken nachos were decent. I ordered a shrimp Baja taco. It was ice cold. I ordered unsweet tea and it was older than a day. I had to throw the tea out. I would try it again only because maybe it was an off day. Just not that impressed.
