El Pollo Loco - Reservar uma mesa

Homeless people go around the place like zombies say 2 pieces and fill the endless water cup with soda. They asked me to move while I filled my drink. Excuse me! I haven't been to El Pollo for years. I expected corn on the cable and received corn from the cable in a container. Is that someone? If I had gone to the online menu myself, I would have seen it and would not have ordered corn. So... my bad. The chicken was good and the pickup was fast. I'm not back.

Visits 9/4/2022 The whole food was BLAND. Tested like NO SEASONING was added to ANY OF THE FOOD. The chicken, beans and RICE, Mash potatoes and Gravy and the Coleslaw was UUUGH!!!! I talked to Mrs. Jessica. She seemed less concerned with the complaint. I don't want to say I'm NOT going to be SOON. NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO I'm going where I'm estimated not tolerated.????????

Great experience at this point, very fast and fresh food. Sophia in the drive thru was very nice and helpful. She smiled and gave us a great experience at this point. Great customer service! Sophia! Thank you.

Love their food! Taste good, fair prices and somewhat healthy. Definitely more healthy than burgers and fries!

The new menu was tested, the taste was okay, but too little food. I don't have enough chicken.
