El Pollo Loco - Reservar uma mesa

Slowest DT experience we've ever had with the chain. As soon as we came to the loudspeaker box to order, we were commissioned for about 6 minutes before the order. Then we ordered, with four cars in front of us and then no one behind us at this point, it was a good 3-5min per car to move. When we were at the window, there were no cars behind us, we saw four workers, they mostly talked and that was the slowest thing I saw that the workers go. I work for a life in the food service. A guy took our card, closed the window, just ignored us, tried no customer connection or smile or anything when he took the card. I just didn't want to be there. We waited five minutes. At this point we could see that orders for the lobby appear on the screens, so it was our order for two and then the other indoor orders. Food was expelled and we got our card back. Another car showed up behind us, we take off. Then it was strange when we opened our bag, the chips we ordered were crushed with the chips into a pulp with stuff in the bag?? It was bizarre. Never had many problems with El Pollo Loco, but this experience was bad and I will drive out to find another location.

Prices on Chicken Nachos went from $5 to $10.99 2 weeks before the portion sizes are smaller and that of chicken is not good. In addition, they did not fall down the instructions as we did not ask for any acid cream and they were still up. We won't order the chicken nachos anymore. that was not 10.99 quality I never had the lousy tasting food in a mighty long time and I am loyal customer of your restaurant chain under these circumstances I cannot return to your restaurant

You are simply LOVE not to give you the chips that come with the combos at this point. They didn't give us the chips and then went in person another time and they didn't give us the chips. They also load everything with rice from salads on the Burritos that they simply put too much. And they definitely don't give you a double chicken on anything double chicken says.

The chicken tasted heavenly! So did the side salad, the guacamole, and the broccoli. I didn't eat the tortilla chips, though because I am on a diet. Gotta be careful, though and check your order before you leave. Otherwise, you might end up getting the wrong items.

The restaurant El Pollo is usually busy whether it is nearer to lunch in the afternoon or in the evening. Customer service is great and usually there is a waiting line.
