El Pollo Loco - Reservar uma mesa

I went to el pollo loco I asked for a 16 piece and they said they didn?t have it when it was on the menu.One of the workers asked me if I wanted a 12 and a 8 I said yes. She ended up giving me two of the 8 pieces.I told them I just wanted one of the 8 piece and the manager came and she was really mad when she returned my money she told me ?don?t do that again ? When it wasn?t my error....they should get a more respectful manager lol

I always get the three chicken meal thigh and wing with corn and pinto beans this is my favorite semi fast food chicken restaurant ever since the 90s. It has not changed since. Thank you so much for not changing your recipe on anything and the salsas are fantastic. I don't have photos sorry

Delicious food and friendly staff. The tables and the dining area were very clean and the service was fast. The portions are BIG and it was nice to order a family meal that actually fed our family. I'd probably come back.
