El Olivo - Reservar uma mesa

My wife and I recently moved to Mallorca from Las Vegas so we are very familiar with high end restaurants and hospitality. Not only was the food delicious but his joint takes customer service and class to a whole nother level of excellence! We both did the ten course tasting menu and we were very impressed with each dish along with their unique presentation. Our sommelier was also very sweet and my wife loved the wine that she recommended! Noemi, Adam and Alex served us and they were all super informative and very engaging. I told my wife that the way each of them carried themselves, reminded me of the service we receive One&Only, Rosewood or Ritz Carlton Hotels and that alone truly makes for an unforgettable experience. Employees like this are priceless because charming personalities who are able to immediately connect with with others cannot be taught so I hope that their skills are recognized. El Olivo is super busy so I recommend setting up your reservations way in advance to ensure that you can get in. BTW just because we are Europe, does NOT mean that you don't need to tip these very hard working employees. If you can't afford to tip, then you should probably steer clear of any high end restaurants.

I never write reviews but I feel I have to tonight as we had an exceptional dinner . The service from all the staff was welcoming , friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The tasting menu we ate was so interesting , refined, beautifully presented but above all so delicious. The work that had gone into the menu was so considered and the result was one of the best dinners we have had. Thank you to all the staff , a truly wonderful evening .

Have been coming here for over 20 years,Sebastian maintains a very high standard of food and service,never disappoints. We had pulled pork croquettes and foie gras, followed by hake and rack of lamb, Do try if in the Deya area, you need to book, sorry to have missed Patricia, Thankyou P&D

The view from El Olivo is great, the food is very good too. We went twice to El Olivo during our stay at La Residencia. The risotto, local fish option and beef were fantastic. Wine selection is very good too.

The suckling pig will change your life! I highly recommend a sunset reservation. Service, cuisine, decor and view perfect.
