El Cantonet - Reservar uma mesa

Visited here with friends who have visited here many times before and I can totally understand why. We all had menu of the day which gives a set selection of starters to share, choices from the set menu for main and a set selection of deserts to share (their traditional flavoured flans) and half a bottle of wine per person. The service fabulous, the food delicious, would I visited again? Absolutely! Located on a roundabout but that given, visiting in May it didn’t detract from the overall great dining as it was quiet.

We were travelling through out of season so not much was open, but luckily this place was. We shared fried calamari which was tender and not oily and then we had plates of grilled fish which was delicious, well cooked and tasted fresh, the accompanying salad was fresh and zesty. While our waitress didn't speak much English she made a lot of effort to help us understand our menu. The restaurant was niclely decorated, mix between rustic and trendy. All up it made for a nice atmosphere.

Dinner at nine... Good food. Everlasting love...!!! A pleasant place. Kind, sedulous, but a little amateurish staff. They don't prepare paella in the evening, just for more people.

Good food, well presented, good value. Special tapas menu on Friday nights 15 Euros very good value. This time of year only open weekends.

We had a super time in this restaurant. The food was great. Loved every minute. Staff very attentive.
