Einstein Bros. Bagels

The bagels are good. However , there needs to be better staff/servers here. My issue is that if you are given simple instructions and they are mistakenly messed up, why give an attitude or close the window and start talking about the customer if they are telling you they drink is incorrect without resolving the issue? My drink was messed up twice by the same lady (Wears glasses and is caucasian seems a little older) in the restaurant and when I asked for the sugar and creams to be placed on the side very nicely, she made it an issue and gave me a very bad attitude. Not only that but she forgot to put avocado on my sandwich nor was I given a receipt for my order. I have worked in customer service and i know the ins and outs but customer service is key and needs to be taught more obviously with these workers since they fail to talk to their customers correctly. I have had no issues when I starting going but as of now I will be taking my service elsewhere.

Love Einstein Bagels. Gave them 3 stars over two years ago. They have gotten even worse. The product is still great. But the speed of service is atrocious. The need to go sit in the lobbies of a McDonald's or a Chick-fil-A and just watch how a drive-thru should be run. Watch what a real manager is doing. See how the staff are positioned for maximum productivity. We spent 34 minutes from the time we joined the line of cars to the time we were handed our two bagels. They still got the order wrong. There were only 5 cars in front of us. The lobby is still not open despite COVID being over. They appear to be doing most of their business via locals picking up online orders. If that's their business model now, they should shut the drive-thru down permanently and save the rest of us from the frustration. Horribly ran business.

First of all, I’d like to complain about the state of my Apple juice. The consistency within the bottle was sub satisfactory as it was CHUNKY and contained what appears to be a black molding vomit looking substance. After nearly gagging from the sight of my juice I politely asked a bagel chef for a refund which she so rudely declined and said that it was apple pulp. I have never once received pulp in my MY APPLE JUICE. In my over 50 years of existence on this planet I have NEVER experienced this kind of disrespect. And to add on once my bagel came out it was the wrong order and when I asked the bagel baker they had the literal audacity to scoff in my face and chuck the bagel violently in the trash. I have never been so disappointed. The remade the bagel was fine.

Tried to order online, it didn't work. So I went there, saw the line of cars for the drive thru so I went inside. First thing I see is a sign indicating where I should pick up my online order. Next thing I noticed was the lack of tables and chairs. What? Covid is over. After that I noticed the carpet really needs to be cleaned. Placed my order. No problem. Didn't take too long for me to get it. If I had been closer to Uber, I probably would have gone there. At one time, this was a good place to get a bagel and coffee. Now it seems like a dated chain restaurant trying to hold on.

Experience? Didn’t have one. Excitedly stopped at the Severna Park store, anticipating a morning bagel and coffee, relaxing at a table for a bit. Instead I encountered an empty dining room bereft of tables (carry out only), dirty floors, and no one at the counter… so I left. Hope they can get it together. It used to be a favorite stop.
