Einstein Bros. Bagels

There is no place to add cream and sugar so I always call them. 2 out of 5 times they do what I ask. I am going to throw this away because I dont like black coffee. Can I get my money back?

Coffee taste like milk and sugar (like what Starbucks is doing) No hint of coffee anywhere. Food is good.
