I ate most of the doughs baked here ....What a nice surprise they do actually feed!!! They use old time flours and no chemicals or chemicals are kept to a minimum. Problem is: you must reserve and pay your breads in the morning otherwise they...might not be available in the afternoon.....They have no industrial production chain....They want to keep things very artisan

simply the bread is very high quality; I recommend the babka of chocolate, quite filled with cocoa, pan panelo, crunchy baguette and cinnamon, oatmeal and walnut. all are delicious and prices are affordable. Very recommended!
