Eckington Manor

Disgustingly rude staff. We booked the room for a photo shoot, after getting the check in time wrong 3 times, over charging us by double and then deciding to kick us out 20 minutes after checking in when they took one look at me and decided they didn’t want us in their hotel. My husband and I travel the world for work. We spend so much time in hotels and we’ve never experienced vile people like this. Would never recommend. The buildings make it beautiful but the owners/staff turn it into the ugliest hotel.

Everything about our overnight stay was wonderful, from the customer service before we arrived to the friendly checkout service. Everyone was very professional and the service was spot on. Drinks were well prepared, the food menu was exciting and the meals were beautiful. Our room was delightful too and the whole property is gorgeous. Highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel after a work Christmas Party this week. A lovely hotel with beautiful rooms all individually and thoughtfully designed. Judy and the team was outstanding in their attention to detail, our party was well organised and the food was excellent! Our room was beautiful and we throughly enjoyed our stay!

We went for dinner to celebrate our anniversary. We had been once before, a couple of years ago and were very impressed. It is now, nowhere near as good as it was, in our opinion. Our main courses particularly were very poor! Dry tasteless meat with almost nothing of any flavour to accompany it. Very disappointed.

Just fabulous all round. Couldn't find any faults from the moment of entry to exit. What a wonderful dining experience. Why have we not been before now Norman Withey. Judy you are a fantastic hostess (and the beasties/future dinners are great).
