East - Reservar uma mesa

I've eaten here only once, a few years ago, when on a night out with a few friends. While the decor and general ambience were fine, I was not particularly impressed with the food. Of course, I am somewhat biased, as I am definitely not a fan of Thai food anyway. It strikes me as being fake Chinese and somewhat overpriced. East is no exception.To be fair, as Thai food goes, it's ok, and if you happen to like that cuisine, you'll probably enjoy dining at East. I just happen to prefer other types of food.

Great food in a great setting, as the restaurant is on the upstairs section of a houseboat, with good pub Charters located downstairs serving a good selection of real beer.It's a nice mix of Oriental dishes ranging from the usual standards to some slightly more unusual items, the staff are always friendly and well-informed, and I've eaten there several times over last few years and the quality is always consistent...
