OMG! I hate leaving negative reviews after one visit. But this was bad Monday. We arrived with 11 of us for lunch. We are mostly vegan or vegetarian. There were about 6 people ahead of us. 30 min later, half of us hadn’t had our order taken. No one had food. With only one worker, he was doing the best he could to fill and take orders, but with phone and online orders he was at his, or anyone’s limit. What food that we had before I left was fried, unhealthily, plant based fast food. Suggest crossing the street .2 miles and get real vegan, sustainable food. Visited Lahaina truck last year. Walked up, guy said he was closed because they sold out of food. This place must be great- nope. Went back today. Supposed to open at 11. Was first one there. He finally turned sign around at 11:20. We ordered tacos- mediocre with store bought sauce. Crème brûlée in jar- literally about 2 small spoonfuls. I will say the lemonade was good, but minimal ice, no straw offered. We are vegan so we’re really looking forward to trying this place with great reviews. Will not return. Nothing remotely fresh about this meal.
It’s a chilled food truck, serving delicious plant based vegan dishes. I ordered the chicken tacos, gyros (both plant based meats) with a side of mozzarella sticks and these were priced competitive with their serving portions being quite large. Both dishes were delicious and the meats tasted fantastic! The side dish of mozzarella cheese sticks were absolutely crunchy, yummy and ‘melt-in-mouth’.Enjoyed their dishes the experience was positive! Highly recommended.
