Duo Bang D'or - Reservar uma mesa

We came here because of the wonderful looking play area. Unfortunately it was too dangerous for our 3 and 4 year old children as it goes straight into a car park and where we were seated, we couldn’t see them. The window next to our table was broken with a huge tile covering it, blocking our view. I asked if we could move to a table that somebody had just left which gave a panoramic view of the whole play area. The manager would not let us move even after I explained that we can’t see our kids where we are. She was so abrupt and rude about it. The entire section of tables looking at the play area was full of people with older or no children. This meant my husband and I spent the entire lunch swapping back and forward and never even had time just the two of us. It was extremely upsetting as we hardly ever go out and we decided to because it’s christmas time. It seems even at this festive, family time the staff really don’t care about their customers. It’s all about getting the numbers through. We will stick to the other all you can eat Chinese near Castorama. The play area is smaller but it’s perfect for small children and they actually seat families with young children next to it. I would suggest this restaurant take a look at their customer service skills if they want people to return and also to put a fence up with a gate making the play area a lot more safe.

Tried this place last night and the selection was very good, lots of Chinese dishes, meats seafood, steaks, lamb etc to grill or have a stir fry made up with. Food tasted lovely and we enjoyed it immensely, although a steak that was asked to be cooked medium came bleu, which isn’t so much of a problem for me as i can eat it anyway but it tasted very strange (thought ut was due to not being cooked enough) and after about a quarter of the way through I didn’t eat anymore. Today I’ve been ill with diarrhoea and sickness which has spoilt a day of my holiday. My partner ate the same as me apart from the steak and was fine so I’m assuming that the meat was bad as I didn’t eat anything else that day. Also most of the food was cold although there is a microwave available to heat it up. All in all I would return by be careful about what I would eat and stay clear of the meats. Such a shame as the food was really tasty

Our doughter loves this place so we visit every time we are in Beziers. This year they had added both cheeses and hams to the buffet. The number of desserts and cakes were also increased. As usual good food, great service and moderate prices. We will be back.

Great choice of dishes....some different things too, which made a nice change. Staff were very pleasant...except one....but there s always one! The outside needs a LOT of attention...clean and tidy up ALL all the parts the clients can see !

I have been to a few of these Chinese buffet restaurants in France , this one had the largest selection of all. Despite arriving after 9 pm there was plenty of freshly cooked food. There is also complimentary soft drink on tap.
