Dunkin' Donuts - Reservar uma mesa

I have gone to this location about 10 times and each time was H O R R I B L E. They have zero customer service. Coffee tastes like trash. I ordered a hazelnut croissant and they gave me 2 chocolate donuts without telling me (didn 't look in my bag until I got to work). ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS TELL ME THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK. Even if you place your order on the app you 're still guaranteed to wait 10 minutes even when there 's barely anyone in the store.They don 't know how to say basic things like HI and THANK YOU and ILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU .LEARN HOW TO ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS SINCE WE ARE THE ONES KEEPING YOUR TRASH STORE IN BUSINESS.

fast, friendly and efficient. the traffic pattern around the building in the parking space can be disturbing during a first visit, because the direction of the one away' a driver's first tendency to go to the right of the building, probably on the use of the drive thru. probleme 1) there is NO drive thru at this location and 2) the traffic direction is opposite typical inclination to go after entering the carbahn right direction.

very friendly interaction with employees and nice service. this location has no drive thru at the moment and there is a very abandoned not a sign on the side of the building where you can accept a running gear thru. I also want to note that my visit was on Christmas day, and the staff seemed happy to be there and eager to help while the inner is kept very clean and tidy.

My son and I stopped before seeing a movie at Regal 3 minutes away. Pleasant staff, our food was done fast and we enjoyed our booth. Excellent omelet veggie bites and bagel sandwiches. I got my son hooked on their frozen hot chocolate too!
