Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

Worst place I've ever been!! Ordered online, went in and asked if my order was ready...... Was told they were waiting for my bagel. It seemed as if my order was ready... There was a bag on the mobile order shelf, that had been there since I had walked in and waited 10 minutes..... After asking about my order and waiting for the bagel... The girl takes the bag off the shelf and throws it in my bag...... I was like... OK, they are busy, whatever..... The bagel was hard as a rock, assuming from just sitting there the whole time. I told them it was hard and she ripped it out of my hand and threw it out. Waited a few more minutes.... She gave me the bagel and when I got home it was barely toasted and looked as if they put the whole block of cream cheese on it....didn't eat it!!! Won't be going back there!!! Unclean inside as well!!!!

I am still baffled as to why they stay open but don't serve any food 2 sometimes 3 hrs before they have to close they will tell me they are no longer making food because they have already cleaned up and shut everything down then why are you still open for 2 more hours I understand if you're about to close in 5 minutes but 2 to 3 hours. That's ridiculous. I do wonder if this is a company policy or if It's just employees being lazy but either way it makes no sense. It's because of this that I stopped even going here.

Went through the drive through and spend $34 for the worst experience of my life. Not only was the service bad the food quality is horrible. Ordered my food and waiting at the drive through window when they handed me an incomplete order forgetting 2 drinks, I had to remind them that we still hadn't gotten our drinks. This Dunkin' makes gas station food better. America definitely does NOT run on Dunkin'. ????

Was at a business in the neighboring parking lot and saw this drive-thru Dunkin. The line had about seven or eight cars infront of me (the drive-thru can hold many more than eight cars). I ordered a couple beverages and a few different pastries. Before I knew it, I was next in line to pay/pickup. The service along with everything else was without a doubt, fantastic. Will be back!

Clean Dunkin' location. It's in the old Burger King building that used to be here for years.
