Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

Worst customer service ever, the lady at the window refuses to reach to hand you your order, our car sits low, she doesn't speak is always miserable and unpleasant, last week my girlfriend paid with a ten dollar bill and didn't get her change, we thought maybe it was a one time mistake, we just ordered today and the total was 17.78 and they didn't reach to give us our order then shut the window without giving us change or the receipt , we drove off not noticing, then realized this is the second time so drove back to the long line waited and told them it happened, they said wait two minutes and come back, so we said you stole our change last week too I'm going to call the police, so they changed it from come back later and said come to the window, the lady doesn't apologize or say one word hangs her hand out the window gives us two dollars (from the tip jar) not the 22 cents and closes the window, this is hands down the worst dunkin ever now I know why their tip jar is so full all the change they steal from their customers. I would give it no stars if possible and I'm a very easy to please person and rarely ever review any business but the experience was so bad I feel I need to warn people.

They regularly close other days before posted hours on Saturdays and Sundays. I contacted Dunkin to let her know how it happened to me at least 5 times. I've been told they'd say it, but it's happening again and again. When I was driving around 554 recently, I was told that they closed around 550 as if they closed at 550???? although posted hours on the shield thru windows say 6 pm. My time is valuable and I'm going to visit Dunkin again. Only wanted to give a fair warning if someone wants to go near the closing time, do not expect them to actually be open.

I just visited this place as usual when I go to work. I actually wanted to take a muffin ice cream coffee that I did, as I sit my muffin, which I hope it would satisfy my taste buds. The muffin was old tasteless, which I have never experienced before from one of the other franchises..I am very disappointed by costume services at this point the items they continue to deliver to their consistent costumers.

I love the staff here. Everything's great. I get mainly a peache, but all you order his fresh and the staff is super friendly...
