He started with real ice cubes and ruined the whole drink. These are always stale tasting (not sure what happened with the old process of necessity to remove them or give psychiatric hospital inhabitants after the necessary amount of time to keep them on shelves) seems or taste like they 're keeping to the donuts longer for sale! Are you trying to save money? We don't like that.... I like the egg and cheese on Croissant!? I like that? Lines too long in the morning... Repair this, place more staff in the early morning, pay them more! Stop being cheap, you're doing a murder?

I could not believe the way the lady at the drive-thru spoke to me this morning. To make it worse I was with my cousin and her friend who have been stopping at this Dunking Donuts every single day for over TEN YEARS !! When I went inside and asked for the manager... You ready to be blown away ? They told me that was the manager !! I was in shock. Then to put the icing on the cake, when I asked where she was everyone said she already left. That just proves that she knew she was wrong and that she better get out of there or hide and tell her employees to tell the guy that's going to come in here I left. Corporate will definitely be getting a call !!

I stopped to treat myself to a good cup of coffee. Placed order via app ahead of time. Quick service, good coffee. Only issue with this location is there is not very much room for the drive thru line, it backs up onto and down the street blocking the entrance. Still, the get you thru pretty quick.

Very good service! I go every Friday and the Drive-Thru service is fast and very accurate! I've known the owners for about 30 years. I worked in another business. They are very clean and expect staff to provide excellent customer service. They treat employees and customers very well!

You really should turn off the option on the app to go to go 's when you're going to lock the doors!
