Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

since february 2022. my experience has gone to the worst customer service I've ever seen. the faces are not inviting, their way to approach them are unacceptable. we are a staff of 6 people who have decided to go on, although it is terrible. in the last 7 months we go daily by mon thru fri. coffee, donuts, sandwiches. today were the tops, we will never return. we decided to spend our money. the owner should really consider talking to his personal and his personal, we are not the only ones who complain, and there is no change yet, it has gone to the worst. the personal and the managment are not acceptable at all.

this place used to be really good, not sure what happened. but it's really ghetto. the cashier argues with the customer- because he has not heard my order at the redner- very confrontatiw. the manager took over, very dismissed and hit the window on me, the author stared to give the dirty look. I mean, they all need rage management because they all want you to spend money there. a terrible service. Zero star if I could.

I'd put negative 5 stars if I could. These bozos are always messing up my order. Have family and friends who have been there and they're always messing everything up for them too. They literally repeat the order to you and still mess up. And to top it off they have this nasty tone when they speak, if they hate their job so bad go do insta cart or something, you can clock in when you want and clock out too.

Horrible service, 2 cars in front of us and we waited 15 minutes. When we got to the window the order was not done and they didn't know what we ordered and asked again. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for a strawberry milkshake.

Surprisingly everything was great: fast, right and extremely beautiful. Normally they would wait or they don't smile, or coffee is not hot enough or too sweet.
