As for my recent visit to 12/23. I placed an order via drive thru. The latte drink I received was presented to me in a dirty cup and when I asked the staff whether it was getting the drink back, did this refuse to do with a replyed statement? did we? totally unacceptable I will contact the company about it. The franchise owner should be embarrassed by this badly managed operation.

Terrible demand for a Decaf Latte with Whipcream to the window there had no whip cream I had to ask and order 3donuts to get into the window if I did not see in the bag I would have paid for 3she gave me 2ths when they asked that they say oh we did not but you calculate me for 3 dont ask on drive thru You have everything else when you get to the window and D'D have to go twice.

Had a quick stop at this point after running a few errands. Your coffee was delicious. Not too bitter. Not too sweet. And the smell (freshly brewed) was absolutely wonderful! Coffee right???????????????????????????

Donuts weren't bad. It's a good place to go in a pinch in the morning. Breakfast sandwiches are decent and hashbrowns need some work. Thanks for the food and good service.
