Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

I’ve hated this location for awhile now, between rude managers leading to rude employees all the way down to the fact I don’t think they even know how to make the items on their menu, my boyfriend and I ordered two avocado TOASTS, hash browns and two donuts along with a drink, the avocado toast is not toast… it’s bread, and I would not make a big deal over this if this had only happened once, but it hasn’t it has happened the last 5 times I’ve tried to order it, to the point I’ve had to ask them to toast the bread when ordering, the hash browns were soggy and lukewarm at best, the two donuts were tastingly stale and felt horrible, all in all this location sucks.

I used to work at a dunkin and this one is the absolute worst store imaginable, the store was not even busy and I had to wait 15minutes for a wake up wrap and some hash browns. Only to get home and start eating and notice that my entire order tastes like the cleaning solution that they use to clean the cooking mats. Please for the love of god it is not that hard to rinse the mats after you take them out of the cleaner and before you start cooking on them. The staff was nice but it doesn't even matter.

not five minutes ago I ordered from the trip through. it took 5 minutes to order and several repetitions on what I wanted 2 med caramel lattes 1 with extra shot expresso simi sweet with pfeffer cream the other one med caramel latte extra sweet we got 0 sweet and 0 caramel and the dame in the window was in the grunde say we had for 4 or 5 sugars first one in sorry would go a long way we were patient and friendly to her he was new, so we were just nice. but please don't treat their customers like that!

expect to wait over 25 minutes in the drive thru. absolutely ridiculous! I received my pesto tomatoes melted their food, and there had no roasted tomato on it. I don't know why I always come back in the hope that this place gets better, but it's the scrubs for years and I think I'm finally done.

they had no donuts. when we asked why, they scrubbed their shoulders. the drinks are moderate. it is hard to get what they order. drinks are usually too bitter or too sweet.
