Dunkin' - Reservar uma mesa

my wife and I thought of coffee and hot chocolate. my wife ordered small coffee and small hot chocolate. then she asked if the coffee was fresh. the girl then hesitated, said yes. my wife explained that she felt through the hesitation as if she were not true. my wife explained if the coffee was not fresh, she would order something else. there was a whole silence for a minute. my wife says hello? the girl says: what do you want? we had already placed our order, she just wanted to confirm that the coffee was fresh. any other time, a person would say something along the lines. Oh, no, I was just checking when we made the coffee or say something. but to be asked what you want, as if we disturb them, was very rude. we went instead after dieucks for coffee and tee.

America runs on Dunkin? Looks like america isn't running anywhere with how slow this Dunkin is. Took 16 minutes just to order my food at the drive through. There were 8 cars ahead of me. This coffee is made in large quantities and the food is thrown in a microwave oven for a minute. Why does it take 16 minutes just to order my food. Took another 8 minutes to get to the window to pay for my food. Then another 3 until my food was in my hand. How does it take me 27 minutes to order a sandwich and coffee? I have no clue but it is unbelievable.

Rough morning at Dunkin' donuts, All I wanted was a coffee in a snack. Ordered the stuff bagel bites, At the drive-in window I could hear the employees making fun of my my order that that's all I was gonna get. For a bonus I also got a long dark hair under the lid of my coffee. I guess this is the best we can expect from places like this these days.

the hired heard my order wrong and when I told her that she gave me the wrong article, she rolled her eyes and said well with an employment. I just took it because I didn't want it to happen. Of course, it's pointless to ask a manager because there is never one. I will not be back to this place.
