Du Glacier - Reservar uma mesa

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Du Glacier. Many history, attentive and friendly service, breakfast and parking. You must be aware that with all the charm and history the potential for hearing people in other rooms and outside the environment such as buses, water etc. It didn't bother us, but you have to take this into account if that's not something you can tolerate. We also ate from the dinner menu and had drinks in the bar, everything was great. Thank you, we would be more than happy to return.

We went to the restaurant in the hotel, great ambience, beautiful surroundings, we ordered the fondue we received a very watery fondue and sent it back. When we got it back, it had been thickened with corn and it no longer tasted like cheese. We sent it back and the manager told us that he tasted it and he thought it tasted “fantastic”. Obviously, they have no idea how to taste a fondue. Very disappointed.

Very much liked the restaurant (haven't stayed at the hotel). Interesting interior, friendly service and most importantly great food and wine. If one would want to find a opportunity for improvement, then it could be the speed of service. While I appreciate not being in a rush, the break between the starter and the main was a bit long.

These warm and friendly gentlemen accepted a last-minute booking for 14 people for dinner, and if our other hotel booking had a problem, they left us all overnight without any trouble or problem. Amazing last minute kindness when we were in trouble, they really saved our trip! Beautiful rooms and even a great good pool table!

Fantastic hotel with charm. I really enjoyed staying in this old hotel. Patina mixed with contemporary style. The staff is excellent, food very good and perfect when skiing in the Aletsch Arena.
