Domino's Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

Was lied to by manager (Jessica Ordered online for carside pickup. Got there early. Waited for two cars to leave that was ahead of me. The manager was freed up as no customers were being waited on. I waited another few minutes then walked in. I don't have a problem with going in to get my order. But when I get inside the same manager was speaking on her personal phone. I waited a few minutes for help. No problem. I pointed out that someone stopped the online tracker and updated that pizza was brought out. (had to be her). She said she would issue a credit to my account. Today I go in store to order and was told no credit is on my account. I explained to on duty manager the situation and the lies that were told to no avail. I will now go up the chain to let them K ow the type of managers they have. I'm an easy going guy but believe in honesty and integrity. This will be resolved by real managers or corporate but this store and managers gets 1 star for only existing.

the only disappointing excuse for a fast food facility from which I had the dissatisfaction of the order. according to a completely filled order that is without doubt the worst food I had ever delivered. After asking the manager to complain for this absolute atrocity, I received a “credit” for a new order in the future. the day finally came where I was brave enough to give them another chance as they imagined their inability and possibly best attribute came through again. I was told there are no records about this credit. avoid them costing to all, they make digiornos seem like karvelas.

The philli cheesesteak sandwich was so yummy..made perfectly! Try one! Oh, can't forget to mention it was made quickly and service was prompt and friendly! Wished I had gotten his name so I could compliment personally but great job! I enjoyed every bite, will definitely be ordering that again!

we wanted a pizza 1 person to work. pizza wasn't even in the rack to keep it warm. the person who works children was in charge and the hired was not even in the building. was behind the load that does everything. pizza was cold. Absolutley will not be back

I'd give 0 starts if I could. I have had HORRIBLE service here over and over. This takes the cake. The pasta was overcooked and didn't even cover the bottom of the dish. Pitiful.
