Domino's Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

The pizza was good but the service was slooooooow! I ordered online, and it said 11 minutes, and my pizza would be ready. I was at Target when I ordered. It was a little over 15 minutes between the time I ordered and when I showed up. When I walked in, they just started making my pizza!?!?!? I used to work at Domino's, and I know about load time thresholds, and that location either didn't care they they were one of the worse in the area or they just didn't understand. After sitting there, it may be more that they don't care.

Food is good, but the service is a mess. For the past 2-3 months it's been a combination of online tracking being inconsistent, not answering the phone, and orders being canceled at random. If there's an XX% off online deal, use a different location. Both times the wait was 2+ hours, my order never arrived, and my calls were never answered. The only way I could cancel the order was by going into the location and talking to the guy on shift. A lot of problems like these could be solved if they just PICKED UP THE PHONE.

Food won’t come if you order it for delivery and you won’t get a refund, don’t answer the phones, customer service in store is highly lacking. By far the WORST dominos in the area
