Watched the male with a black hat with a rainbow logo use his bare hands to make pizza when I was waiting for a pick-up order. He touched multiple dough balls to then spread 1 out all with no gloves on. He continues to make the pizza spreading the sauceto then grab the cheese an spread the cheese with his hands, he then grabs all the different topping to add all with the sameBare hands. Meanwhile, I'm observing a professional female employee who is using clear plastic gloves to make her pizzas. Ipersonally do not think it is okay to prepare someone food with your bare hands especially at a place of business the manbasically cross contaminated all the topping total disregards for people's food allergies.
I ordered curbside delivery, got to the store, and they refused to bring it out. Said they 're too busy. I have been parked here for 10 min watching you stand staring out the window, there hasn 't been a customer in the store, since I got here. this is thesame store that sent a delivery driver during contactless covid, who entered my house, walked through it, til he found me inmy living room, half dressed. WHAT?! what part of we leave the pizza at your door dont you get? even after telling him severaltimes to please leave, he still stood there. the store said he didnt speak English. how is that MY problem!?!? Hands down, theWORST run establishment ive encountered in my almost 50 years of being alive.
You may want to consider burrowing through your neighbor?s garbage bin for leftovers before you come here. I ordered a few pizzas for delivery and they got every single one of them wrong. I called the restaurant telling them this. The lady on thephone apologized and had the pizzas remade and delivered relatively quickly. However, the pizzas made this time were done soextremely poorly and the toppings were extremely oily and falling off the pizza. Extremely disappointed in the incompetence ofthis establishment. I usually have a pretty fair experience at other Dominos locations, but this one really missed the nail.
The driver did not text when he arrived. Did not apologize and when I called the supervisor I could hear the driver yelling in the background. He had left the pizza outside after he called me on a ?step.? Of course the pizza was not on the ?step? when Iwent outside. If he had texted as I had asked then I could have directed him to where to go. The most unprofessional driverever.
