Doan's Vietnamese Cuisine

This was my first time trying Vietnamese cuisine and it was AMAZING! I love all the fresh herbs and ingredients. The fresh summer rolls were packed with flavor which was my favorite. Doan's has so much to offer on their menu to introduce your palette to this authentic cuisine.I highly recommend trying these dishes:Bánh Xéo Crispy rice pancake filled with meat and bean spoutsSpicy Curry Chicken taste great with a baguette(bread)Bun Thap Cam Vermicelli bowl with meat, lettuce, and vegetables There is plenty of seating and the ambiance gives you a feeling you're visiting Singapore.We truly enjoyed our experience and the food service was impeccable!

I tried this place with friends not too long ago and couldn't believe how good it was. As soon as we came in, they were very welcoming and started us off with waters. We ended up ordering: Banh Xeo( rice pancake filled w/ meat), Spicy Curry Chicken, Bun Thap Cam (vermicelli bowl), and Spring Rolls. Everything was so flavorful and delicous, they also explained what everything was which was helpful. The staff really pride themselves on creating a great experience and make you feel like you're at home.

Best rice plate that I had in forever. Glad I found this place. Very good. Definitely on par with those that I have had in big cities with tons of vietnamese restaurants. It was flavorful and large portions. I've been searching all over for a place with good vietnamese lemon grass pork and lemon grass pork chop rice plates. I'll be back when in Charlotte.

Tried this place for take-out. Will definitely be back! Price was a little more expensive than what I’m used to for pho but the quality and fast service was worth it.
