We chose the dini restaurant for our wedding for 2022, the food market option. as positive aspects to highlight, I would say that the wedding day was very good and we didn't have to worry about anything. They were attentive to people with allergies so they could also enjoy, as is my case. the food was very good and the guests were very satisfied. it adapted to our requests on many occasions, such as putting an oven to make pizzas right now. some things to highlight the negatives would be: communication in some cases, especially the first few months, was rather slow and difficult, and that made us very nervous. and another thing that didn't give us much is that at the last moment, without notice, we were changed by some of the ingredients in the menu. For example, one of the pizzas had other ingredients with a different flavor. the dessert that had most dripped us in the menu test was quite changed and did not know the same. Anyway, we were happy on the wedding day.
Tuvimos la suerte de cruzarnos en el camino de Dini catering con Julio en cabeza y todo su equipo. Quedamos tan satisfechos durante el banquete de nuestra boda que lo recomendamos a todo el mundo que sabemos que se va a casar y quieren hacer algo familiar en una casa como lo hicimos nosotros. Resaltamos de antes como las conversaciones, realización del menú e incluso prueba del menú. Y por supuesto el durante la boda todos súper amables, colaboradores y muy serviciales. La verdad es que quedamos muy contentos con el resultado final y lo más importante para nosotros que a nuestros invitados les encantó la comida y lo atentos que eran en todo momento los camareros y el maître. Todo fantástico! Contraté a Dini Catering para un evento corporativo de 50 personas para comida tipo finger food y barra. La comunicación antes del evento, el montaje, el servicio y la comida todo top! A todos les encantó la comida y el servicio. Volvería a trabajar con ellos si surge la oportunidad. Gracias!
