we had high expectations, but they could not be redeemed. the hotel and also the restaurant looks very old-fashioned and has to be modernized. the service was friendly. the principal has also given her best. but the whole service is not professional enough. it is confused and unpredictable. the most important thing eating was disappointing. the soup was in order. but the appetizer (fried shitake) was very fat and very salty. the main course, consisting of non tasty meat substitute, of which is seriously burned, is not very creatiw. the combination of everything on the teller looked unorderly and did not taste well. to put half avocado on the teller is a bit strange, although it is still the most tasteful part of the main dish. the dessert was moderate. not bad, not good. fresh fruit on the mousse was good. the mousse himself gets a note of it was a bit boring we found it fantastic to find a hotel restaurant that is fully focused on vegan eating. that must be so. with a series of adjustments in the interieur, a further professionalization of the service and with some tasteful (without salt use) and more exciting directed, the whole would be considerably improved.
