Been here a few times with friends and visitors now and we have all come away super happy. It’s a quirky yet adorable setting, the food is delicious, honest an well priced and the staff make you feel so welcome. This is hearty, filling, delicious...food delivered with warmth and love, no fine dining or elegance … just a great relaxing dining experience … try it you won’t be disappointed :

we really enjoyed eating here. the food was excellent and the service was very friendly. very recommend the carving and “Färmer” speciality of bratwurst, fleischtau and sourkraut. really good applecake with a lot of cinnamon. celiac and corn have brought me back to my student days. in the woods!

excellent eating, staff very friendly with great advice on portion control! as we had ordered too much! dog-friendly in the did they were brought a bowl of water as soon as we sat down. we had dinners and main courses and all were. Thank you.

our only regret was not to find this sooner on holiday. a wonderful authentic place, with brilliant personal, great beer and fabulous eating. claudia welcomed us like old friends and let me practice my German! highly recommended.

We went to try something different. we loved the site, the atmosphere, the service and the food so much. He's got a lot of German clients, which is a good sign. The place has a lot of charm. amazing apple pie. We'll be back.
