Dial India - Reservar uma mesa

At pm we made our order via the Dial India website and were told in the confirmation email that we could expect the delivery at or ASAP. At pm we called to ask where our order was. The man who answered was rude and just kept shouting and was sadly, impossible to understand. My friend thought he said it would be minutes but I thought he said they would not deliver (I was charged for delivery At we called again and got the same man and were then told the van had broken down and they could not deliver. We asked if the order was ready, were told yes and said we would collect. When we got there, we were almost given someone else's order and then told they had not received our order. We waited another minutes or so for them to cook ours! The food tasted good but the hassle and customer service means I will not use them again. They put in free' naan bread which neither of us eat and onion haji's which my fried said seemed to have been double or triple cooked. The delivery fee was not returned. The other gentleman working there was at least polite and apologetic. So do yourself a favour, if you want to order, phone! This is a take away/home delivery place only not a restaurant.

Wow, it's only 8 o'clock and my food has already arrived, and it was absolutely amazing! Definitely some of the best Indian food I've ever had, rivaling even top restaurants in London. Unfortunately, the delivery service was a complete letdown. It took over 2 hours and 45 minutes with no food in sight, just excuses, like an accident on the A3 that Google Maps didn't show. After four phone calls, they hung up on me twice when I asked about my order. The menu and online ordering process looked great, but the lack of food was very disappointing. I placed my order shortly after they opened at 5pm to avoid delays, but it's now almost 8pm and still no food. If you do order from them, I recommend paying cash on delivery to avoid any issues with credit card payments.

The dining experience was really enjoyable, especially with my delicious prawn dhansak that had a lot of flavor and plenty of shrimp. My partner also liked his chicken masala. The value for money was great, especially with the meal deal priced at £12.99, which included curry, rice, naan, a side dish, and poppadom. The only criticism would be that the saag paneer was a bit dry and could have been creamier, but still tasted good. I am satisfied with the meal and would order again, as long as the delivery person doesn't try to break down my door next time. Despite the initial mishap, he was apologetic afterwards.

After I recently just eat because of too many problems, I decided to order directly in dial indias website. excellent menu first-class service food came before the estimated 6.45pm despite the snow and eating was excellent.

I had a wonderful meal with my family at this restaurant. It was great value and the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be returning in the future!
