only a quiet place. nothing but that. I am a Muslim and my wife carries hijab. I ordered a cesar salad and I insisted on no bacon, and she put speck in my food and I discovered after eating the half of the teller. absolutely not acceptable and I have no word for the bad feeling that I felt since then. absolute disappointment! for every Muslim out there they absolutely do not care about their religious boundaries. only to add this, lol, they offered not to pay for the bacon i aß. lol. what a disappointment! mete the hotel manager and he just apologized and told me waiter should know and take care of it! the breakfast is very cheap. other hotels are much better. you decide!
Was here to enjoy the spa and sauna after traveling through Germany and Switzerland from the Netherlands. We made a reservation for a day but we arrived at 4pm. This blond young girl was so sweet and awesome to offer big discount and we got also discount on the parking. This made our day even better, after the enjoyment of the facilities. If you are reading this blond Swiss girl, you are a amazing and an angel
perfect as always. the seasuite was beautifully decorated, spacious with excellent view. the personal had even decorated it with balloons and flowers, as it was my birthday and I received a card and some beautiful gifts from the manager who was very friendly. the Thai restaurant was very tasty with great service and the wellness area was really relaxing with many places to sit.
that was our perfect short holiday from the busy zürich. we loved the relaxed atmosphere of the place, embedded in a park directly on the shores of the thunsee. good food, great Thai restaurant. we had a beautiful view of the sea and loved the spa. will come back soon!
