I had never had such a bad experience picking up food from a restaurant. I placed an online order to pick up, which was supposed to be ready at 3:30. I got to the business at 4PM and the order was not ready. Not only that, but the service was awful. No one would talk to me or give me any reasoning behind why the order was not ready, or how they could solve it. I asked the manager if he could give me a refund given I could not wait for the order to be prepared, as I was coming from the vet and had a sick cat in the car. He barely looked at me and said we don 't do refunds , and walked away. Again, no solution for my order. I eventually left because I could not wait any longer. I called an hour later and tried to speak with someone again and instead they just left me waiting on the phone while they attended other customers. All this to say, the food could be good but the service is very bad so lower your expectations if what you are looking for is customer service.
