we dreamed of a good time of family and it was a real disastrous experience. We were with our little girls, happy this Sunday at the restaurant. We pass the order pretty quickly and then follow an endless waiting where the customers arrived well after us the 2 tables next were served their entrance and their main dish before we started showing us because our children were impatient. When we asked for explanations and a little acceleration, the room manager left and shouted at the restaurant at the general designer and told us about the tone of the invective only if we weren't happy, it was equal to her because she had a lot of work and she couldn't do it. When we told her we were going to leave, she threatened to call the police because we had to settle our addition anyway. At the end, we paid €56.40 for the dishes we ordered and not consumed or taken and that left the end to the belly with our little ones on the edge of tears. Is that what these actions are normal? and compatible with the commercial relationship and respect we owe to customers? Does pizza del arte use the right staff to serve people who come to spend a theoretically good time at the restaurant? and leaving the money we were unduly perceived for meals that were not consumed? we came with the family to eat pizza Wednesday noon, we were welcomed a young woman who seems to me to be the very smiling manager she placed us in the back room, then the very nice waitress took us our orders we ordered a pizza with seafood and a very good salmon pizza with a fine paste as I love silk filling we had a very good time and we ended with the dessert of the day

I went to eat at the restaurant del arte on a Saturday noon we were 5 we started with an aperitif accompanied by a very good meat plate then we continued with pizzas me personally I tasted pizza del mare fine dried paste a real service of fun a little long but there was a lot of people that day, the welcome was very pleasant and the waitress very smiling we ended a dessert

this del arte is simply delicious. Their pizzas are really worth it. The dishes are good too, but I'm going mostly for pizza, a real pleasure. You feel the taste that the quality of the ingredients is at the rendezvous. The team is very welcoming and friendly, it will advise you.
