A must in Regensburg, the open hours are limited to a few hours 10 am to 3 pm, therefore and given popularity, there is always a rush of people waiting to come inside. “Luckily”, in these special times of eliminating coronavirus restrictions, I could immediately get a table and gave the opportunity to cook the renowned “steam noodle with vanilla sauce”, which has been cooked by the owner Uli for more than 40 years. It is basically a very soft bread with hot vanilla sauce on top, could be a dessert, but also the main course. I liked it, but it can not be special for others, anyway there are other dishes to choose. The best is definitely the service and the atmosphere, full sentences and photos with people visiting the restaurant.
