Dairy Queen Brazier

I waited in the drive through and no one answered at 735. Pulled up to the window and they would not take my order at the window. Told me to drive back around and wait behind 10 cars after waiting for approximately 25 minutes. I asked if I could come inside and order and they told me the lobby closes in 9 minutes. I went to the lobby doors. Locked. The manager told me to get back in the drive through making this trip over an hour wait and they closed the lobby early. Worst customer service at any DQ I have ever been to.

Have stopped at this location numerous times and they are always out of something. There is always a wait for your food even when there isn't anyone else in line. Worst location I have visited yet DQ Needs to restaff this location with individuals competent to perform their jobs
