Dairy Queen - Reservar uma mesa

I've been meaning to write this review since Saturday. Let me start by saying, the customer service I was given was SUPERB!! It's never easy going out with a small child. And for whatever reason my grandbaby was on his best behavior on this particular Sat. We've been to places where we get the eye roll or judgemental stares when he acts up. From both staff and other customers. The staff at this location though, made our dining experience that much sweeter. There has to have been something in the a/c to make my grandson be the best little guy he could be. But the staff was exceptionally kind. From the cashier, which I didn't get their name, who took our order with such ease. They talked to my grandbaby as a person too. He likes that. We were accommodated when I asked for extra items to share our icecream. The food was fresh hot! And a young man who entered later on in our visit was walking around asking customers if they were doing alright. Literally the best dining experience by far! Keep up the good work. Plan on visiting in the future again. Thanks!

Do not order a cake online and expect it to be ready! I tried to pick up the cake for my daughter’s birthday today that we ordered 4 days ago and they “didn’t make it”. I received no explanation as to why it was not made. They did mention that it wasn’t paid for. Which I reminded them that the confirmation we received literally says order online and pay when to pick up. They offered me either a cake from the freezer or to pick it up tomorrow. The last time I checked, usually when you order something for a specific date and time that’s when you want it. My daughter did not get the cake that she wanted and I was charged for the replacement cake. We will not be ordering from here ever again.

Stopped by to get ice cream cones for my son and I. After paying I asked, if one asks for triple dipped if they would actually dip the ice cream three times?, to which our cashier replied, sure. So she triple dipped our cones. Super sweet young lady, happy to work there as well as all the other staff. Definitely recommend this place to others.

We always come here for DQ 'S ? banana Splits no other DQ serves them better than the one on 23rd Street in Mcallen the service is quick and the staff are very friendly and polite thank you Dairy ? Queen on 23rd street you all are the ' 'BEST ' '

The food was decent. I tried the new A1 double stack burger and it was okay, but I've had better burgers before. The blizzard dessert was pretty good though.
