Dairy Queen - Reservar uma mesa

I asked for extra pecans on my ice cream before I pay so that I pay for the extra I'm asking for. After I paid whatever the total was, the ice cream looked so smooth to me. I asked for a little more pecans on top, with no approach skill whatsoever, the manager told me to mention that I want the extra stuff before I pay. When I told her I did, she said "no you didn't". So I asked the employee who took my order from me and the employee (scared of her manager) denied that I asked for extra pecans. I'd rather pay not $1 or $2 but $10 for the extra pecans (which i offered by the way) rather than ruining my mood with this manager's cheap attitude on a sunday afternoon while I'm trying to have quality time with my family. Obviously I'm not going there again.

Last time the food was overcooked and hard...this time it was much better and the way it should be. Their $6 and $7 meal deals are very filling and include a Sundae to finish it off. Very delicious. Surprised to see the place so busy with people at 4pm.

This DQ has the best food of any of them that I have tried. Customer service is great too! They are always willing to accommodate special requests and the food is always nice and hot.

The food is absolutely lovely and the workers are nice,kind and gentle.They really care how there customers like there food and what a great fragrance and menu

flamed broiled burgers, great shakes, ice cream cakes, cones and sundaes , great place for after the game
