Da Bianca Trattoria

We had Salmone alla champagne, Salmone Calabrese, Linguine alla Checca, Gnocchi alla Sorrentina, Torta di Ricotta and Affogato. You can say the ingredients were very fresh. The champagne sauce was creamy and delicate and the salmon was gently boiled. The salmon in the calabrese was crisp. The veggies in the Linguine alla Checca were tender, but not mushy. And the gnocchi was padded and held the marinara in the grooves. The desserts were also delicious. Haley was our server. She was very attentive and helpful. All waiting staff were busy servings, cleaning tables, refilling of water and iced tea, and offer garlic toast. It was a very nice meal.

Great experience! My family and I have a reservation for dinner to celebrate my graduation. So many great choices to choose from the menu. I ordered the spaghetti alla Carbonara. Prices are not so bad given the quality of food. Our food took a little longer than expected to come out, but it was worth waiting. The service was great. We'll be back soon!

I really like this restaurant. I had the Pasta Bolognaise and it was the best ever. I can't wait to go back and order it again. The spumoni is very good and I tried a dessert the waiter said was the most popular, a gelato rolled in chocolate or espresso ground beans? I am not certain but it was really outstanding.

We love Da Bianca — my children enjoy their mozzarella cheese stick and dessert most! We celebrate birthdays and special occasions and take guests who come to visit us there. It's a whole reason in our family.

Excellent and authentic food! Service with Haley was fantastic! Garlic bread to die! Best Canelloni ever! Make a reservation and enjoy this family restaurant... You will love it!
