Cuco's Sandwich Shop

Nice place. It has been here for years so you know it's good. Sandwiches are totally different than any sub you've ever had. Crispy on the outside. Positively crunchy bread. And the taste. The beans needed something to kick them up. Maybe it was all the other flavors on my plate but they tasted bland.

As a Miami transplant to Texas, I can honestly say Cuco's is like a slice of Miami in Texas. From the food to the staff to the atmosphere, Cuco's does not disappoint. It's a cozy place with delicious Cuban food and friendly people. Try the Cuban sandwich with Ham Croquettes and a Cafe Con Leche.

Cuco’s has the most authentic Cuban food in DFW. The food is high quality and delicious, the service is great, the staff are incredibly friendly and always thanking you before you leave. Ordering the plantains salty or sweet is a must.

Reminds me of Little Havana, but it was better there, this was a close second and they have fried/grilled plantains.

Over time, you get to know the warm employees, some family. Cuban sandwiches are delicious!
