Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

yesterday evening with the family server has taken over our order for drinks and a starter. 15 minutes later we got our drinks. finally got our fried pickles that were not warm and was very disappointed. our sons eating was cold and my hamburger steak was hard. the manager apologised and brought my son another teller and it was good. we have never had a bad experience in each cracker barrel before and weve was in several of the favorite spot for breakfast and dinner. I know they may be understated, but the customers are the reason why they remain open.

I came here with 6 other people and that was the worst service in my history of eating. First we had to ask for menus, then we had to ask for cutlery. our food waited for an hour and no food. we said for a manager and a server that the manager runs over 50 sacks and cooks. we looked at each other when the people came and went. we have never been served and we are rejected by a manager we are talking to. That's crazy. the worst customer service of all time! I have 6 hours after home

This steak was supposed to be medium, but was well done. The waiter barely took our order or checked on us. The food took 45 minutes to arrive at the table. Thankfully, the incorrect order was taken off. The host was fantastic, Mookie, thank you for being so helpful. The substitute manager quickly resolved the problem. I do not recommend this place.
