Courthouse Restaurant

Elegant lady playing a grand piano, --- soft background music, roaring toasty fire-place emitting warmth and ambiance, silver-service setting, and you have the pieces in place for a wonderful dining experience. The staff are very attentive, with filling up water cups and wine glasses, and the " Wednesday Winter Warmer" 3 course set meal, was served with grace, and talent. There were many guests there last night enjoying this wonderful special, but we were served very quickly and at our requested rate. It was my son's birthday, and the pianist played " Happy Birthday" for him, while staff brought in the cake with a sparkler. The coffee was superb and provided an excellent end to a very enjoyable night. Outside the garden is lit with fairy lights, dancing on the moonlit ocean, right at this restaurant's back door. The grandchildren LOVED it.

Quiet. Spacious. Great service. Outstanding food. Generous table size. Atmospheric. A beautiful night out was had by all including my 80 year old Mum who forgot her hearing aids but could hear everything. This will be my go-to place for special occasions and when visitors hit town. The restaurant runs special event says and standard set menus, so,worth signing up for updates or checking the website ahead of time.

The Courthouse is an historic venue and the atmosphere of yester year remains. The food was great and dishes altered to requirements. The service was prompt and staff pleasant a nd helpful.

Have had a couple of midmorning visits lately. Great gourmet pies and salad. A couple of beers to go with the stunning views. Staff very cheery and attentive. You won't be disappointed.

we had a wonderful experience with beautiful surroundings, food, service and everything in between. I would definitely recommend this for something special.
