went for a hot chocolate with my daughter last night 20 to 8 know that it was closed for the half of the past, but we were given takeaway tassen and asked to leave 8 o'clock because she wanted to clean up for her area manager who visited this morning. that's the second time that it happened to us. it doesn't matter to me that I'm asked to go 10 minutes or so early, but half an hour takes the mouse. I like to have a start in costa and love the festive mint hot chocolate, but do not enjoy this icy visit.

Lovely people had a bit of issue with discount card then costa card lol all lovely people and the gaffer is well three times she went red bless her but she is lovely xx

he had recommended the OPS coffee mix, as recommended by my friend and it was nice, huge wait but the staff worked hard to reduce the waiting time

we really liked yesterday. great hot chocolate and fabby toasties . beautiful courtesy, professional and yet friendly girls made our visit fab

I was on my own, but the staff are always very nice friendly make you feel welcome. The ciabatta, cake coffee were all delicious.
