Costa Coffee - Reservar uma mesa

I visited here on my own for a takeaway drink and a gift voucher. I have been before. The car park is HUGE as it is shared by the entire retail park. I didn 't struggle to find a space at all. I wanted to buy a gift voucher and staff showed me the design choices and explained how they worked. I also bought a coffee to take with me. They have an app where you can collect 'beans '. You get a bean per drink (two if you use your own cup) and get a free drink for every eight beans collected. My drink was made quickly and I was soon on my way. The service was friendly and I would happily go here again.

Lovely new Costa, love the decor, comfy chairs. Lovely and keen extremely busy as heavens had opened ... Fancied new bonfire spiced latte but that had ran out of the syrup. Had skinny latte with new roast , lovely. Hubster had the usual hot chocolate and bakewell.

Everytime I visit here the wait is ridiculous! With only 2 people in front of me I queued 20 mins! Came in once with 6 people in queue and waited 45 mins! Every single time the wait it crazy long. Great if you like waiting so long for your drink!

Too long wait. Two people employed in busy Costa retail outlet. Hence they can't cope. Long queues. Slow. Unclean tables. Chaos. Staff too slow as well.

Ordered 1 coffee to takeaway. It took 22 minutes for me to get it!! Ridiculous! It’s not like I was waiting for a gourmet meal!
