Costa - Reservar uma mesa

Just want to a massive thank you to the store manager at this costa she is an amazing person inside and out and makes every visit so pleasurable and makes everyone feel included. stars for her alone. Shame about the other managers and staff there as the store is no where near as good with out the store manager. When I came in for my take away drink recently the girl who served me claimed she wasn’t sure on how to make my drink as she said hasn’t been there long which I completely get every one starts somewhere but it was the young girl with curly hair came storming out from the back all pissed off in the face and wasn’t overly nice to her and when I left you could hear her saying not nice things to the other girl which isn’t very nice. It was enough to make me not want to come back in. Will be talking to the store manager about this when I see her next as I don’t agree that the other girl was so nasty and mean. GET RID OF THIS GIRL RIGHT AWAY!!

Absolutely brilliant Costa, the store manager was so lovely and friendly to me and my family when we came in. The lady in front of me in the queue was deaf and the manager signed the whole conversation which is so lovely to see that she could help on an extra mile and she was happy help every exactly the same. The only thing I would say that upsets me is the lady behind the till with brown curly hair isn’t very nice and I think someone needs to have quiet word with him as I could hear talking one of the other girls not very nicely behind the counter which really isn’t professional and the young girl looked like she was going to cry which really isn’t good. Would come back but you would have to get rid of the lady with curly brown hair first.

I regularly frequent Costa in Broadwater and feel I have to give a 5* review. Some reviewers are quick to give a negative review but not so quick to give a positive review. The staff including the Manager are super friendly, always offer great customer service with friendly smiles all round, even when they appear rushed off their feet at peak hours or understaffed. The atmosphere is always pleasant and my coffee is always served hot and to my liking each time. I hope the lovely staff including the Manager at Costa Broadwater get the recognition for their hard work and great customer service. I recommend Costa Broadwater, especially if you want a friendly hot cup of coffee.

I cannot even begin to describe how absolutely disgusting and dreadful this place is, the workers do not have the first clue on how to make even a simple coffee, putting words in your mouth of what you have ‘ordered’ and charging way beyond extra for things for you haven’t even asked for. The older larger worker is the rudest most miserable person I have ever come across. It’s almost guaranteed your drink will be made incorrectly, and you will be grunted at for raising any concerns. They have used the wrong milk even after expressing allergy concerns. The place is also grotty and filthy. Please avoid this place at all costs, I will hope it is shut down very soon.

Well this place is happy to be rude to women, my wife works for a delivery platform and was disrespected after waiting 25 minutes for an order, after she asked the staff how much longer it would be, the salon employee says to her to leave the store and wait outside, tell me Costa, is this the image you can show your customers??? Also you on-line customers doesn’t matter ??
