Commercianti - Reservar uma mesa

We visited on a Thursday evening for dinner. It was quite busy both indoors and out and some people seemed to stop for just a cup of coffe or drink. I had the mushroom risotto which tasted ok but there were some lumps of rice clumped together in there and I didn't finish it. The waitress dropped a whole spoon of grated parmesan right onto my handbag, she noticed it but did not even apologise but the main waiter was very good and friendly. My husband had the rosti with a fried egg and he loved it.I do find it difficult to comment on prices because I nearly choked at every price I saw in Switzerland.

This restaurant with outdoor terrace is located in the historical center of Lugano.We stopped here for a snack and ended up having chocolate mousse with whipped cream and coffee.Initially, we were looking for some chocolate pastry but weren't disappointed after tasting it as it was simply delicious and the best we've had for some time.The dessert was pricey but the service was friendly and efficient.

We had some tomato soup, spaghetti, wine and spritz.. Everything was good and especially the tomato soup was awesome! The service was alright and the location is convenient. A good place to sit down and have something to eat or drink.Price-quality level is ok, but the waitresses need to learn English.. Seriously how many tourists visit here daily?

My wife and I spent a day in Lugano for the recent HOG festival. We stopped at Ristorante Commercianti for lunch and were not disappointed! The food is excellent and reasonably priced, with excellent service. Would certainly recommend this restaurant.

medium / small restaurant, very good food and incredibly good service, many waiters all very fast, efficient and attentive. Reasonable price. Loved the swiss potatoes in slice, boiled and then slightly fried, cheese or hot dog on top. Yum!!!
