Stayed here for 1 night on 7/21 had it booked for 3 nights. I should have been tipped off when as I walked in someone was complaining. The hotel seemed dirty upon arrival. We got into the pool shortly after arriving and the pool was murky and gross, my toddler son sat in someone else’s throw up that was there for who knows how long. We were put into an “upgraded” room that smelled like paint, the shower wasn’t clean and bugs were literally just painted over. We woke up the next morning our bed covered in ants. I let the front desk know and they are refusing to refund our money. Most disgusting place I’ve ever seen and they are clearly buying reviews. Beware and don’t stay here. Phone of the bugs in the bed. They were all over.
This place is dirty, staff is rude and everythings is far from organized the two hour early check in is false advertising as they won't be finished cleaning when you get there. And you shouldn't have to do this but take a picture of all the damaged things in the room if you for some reason still rent here because they will take your security deposit no matter how clean you leave the room.
Room was clean and large. Would have liked to had coffee and tea refilled daily. Brand of coffee not very tasty. We never made it to breakfast, would appreciate closing a little later for us that sleeps in. But understand. Pool was real nice. Overall a great visit. Some clerks were not as friendly as others. It was a great location.
Their website claims early two hour check-in, but once we got there, the guy was still cleaning the room. And we only got there one hour early. The ceiling was cracked in the bathroom. The walls in the bathroom are dirty, and a few flies were in our room. The best part was that there was a McDonald's next to the hotel.
