Cold Stone Creamery

Today I ordered by a Uber and I received half of my order and received only one ice from two. I called cold stone and the gentleman on the phone with me so helpful and sweet and I had ordered again and he sent me a little note along with a few toppings and I was so grateful that he really is the best thing that this man did. I would highly recommend this cold stone, and the man I spoke with deserves an increase for being so friendly and thoughtful and putting with me what is not easy.

The Westwood Cold Stone Creamery is excellent. The store was clean, my order was completed on time, but what was excellent was the customer service. I talked to Sal to order a birthday cake for my daughter, he was knowledgeable, detailed and customer service concentrated. He's a real estate for the store. After such a positive experience in Westwood, I would never go to another cold stone.

Yum! The young lady who took care of me was very sweet and helpful. The store was clean and was not too busy at the time of my visit. If you have a great summer ice cream snack, this is the place to go!
