Cold Stone Creamery

Sooooo just went to Coldstone and tried to use a coupon that was emailed to me for my birthday to get buy one, get one free. Worker told me I couldn’t use it because it was “computer generated” and basically tried to say I was trying to use a fake coupon. Now mind you, I have received this same coupon every year and have never had a problem using it until I tried to use it at this establishment. The coupon clearly was from Coldstone, and said to present it at a store for use. I can’t be the only person in America that has received this coupon…but oh well, won’t be going back.UPDATE: Thank you for your response, however I went to another Coldstone, presented them the email from my phone and they honored the coupon without a problem. legit so sad and disappointed. a gurl just wanted her sweet treat for the night, pull up at 8:40, door were locked and they close at 9. the “employees” all though they looked like hooligan TEENS were sitting down eating, messing around, hoping on each others backs and acting a FOOL just stared at us confused to why the door wouldn’t open. i can’t even express my disappointment. so not cool. y’all actually suck for that.

They locked the doors before 8:45 and they close at 9:00. They just looked at us through the door as they were sitting down and doing nothing. Very disappointed.
